Hi Ofri,

This sound like a versioning problem.

Note that you have to use:

VTK 4.2
FLTK 1.1.3
CMake 1.6.5

If you are updating a build for which
you already have binaries, we strongly
suggest you to make a clean build.

Please let us know if you continue
experiencing any problems,
