[Insight-users] ITKGlut : was removed

Hi Robin,

All the demo-applications were removed from
the ITK basic source three.

The only class that was using the Glut library
was also removed. In its replacement, we suggest
you to make use of the MetaImageViewer, or
its internal classes, the GLSliceViewer and
GLColorSliceViewer.
