[Insight-users] Multi-resolution and Level set segmentation

Hi everyone, hi Luis,

I want to combine multi-resolution and level set segmentation to get faster 
and better result. But this is just an idea. Multi-resolution registration 
has been proved to be a good way. Do multi-resolution behave good in 
segmentation in 3D volume segmentation as registration? Do you think whether 
it is worthy to invest on this way? Thanks for any suggestions!
