[Insight-users] How to configure my WinCVS?

Hi, everybody,
  I have problems regarding WinCVS.
  I enter the CVSRoot as "anonymous@www.itk.org:/cvsroot",and choose the
authentication like "Local mounted directory", and enter the HOME FOLDER like
"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\desktop". 
  Then I point to "Admin" menu, single click "Command line..."£¬and fill in the
blank with "cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@www.itk.org:/cvsroot/Insight login".
  Then in the diologue window named "Password Authentication" ,I fill "insight". 
  But, after seconds of wait, it shows me the following line: 
  "*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****".

  What's the problem here?
