[Insight-users] More in CableSwig Compilations

Where there any earlier errors?   insn-config.h is a generated header
file that should be created during the build.   Do you have
service pack 5 loaded for Visual Studio 6?

The file should be located in the binary tree for CableSwig:

GCCPatch/gcc/insn-config.h
