Hi all,
MRIConvert is a powerful application developed by Jolinda Smith for =
converting DICOM data sets into metafile info volumes.
>From this point it is straightforward to continue working within ITK, as =
a VTK or ITK volume.
Nevertheless, I found problems when attempting to convert a gated-SPECT =
.dcm file, as it only converts the very first
slice but not the rest. Jolinda, any suggestion?
I will try DCMTK and see how it goes ...=20
