[Insight-users] Build issues for VTK with respect to FLTK

Hi Kent,

CMake wants the full path name,
including the library name and extension.

As in:

FLTK_BASE_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/home/kent/work/lib/libfltk.a
