[Insight-users] Error Building Examples

Hello All,

I am trying to run ITK Examples(BasicIOAndFilter). CMAKE Build works fine But I get error when I build ALL_BUILD in MS Visual Studio ( 6.0 ) 

While building in MSVC, I get the error of "Image.h" not found. 

I am running it in dir. other than ITK source tree and have removed the comment in 

cmakelist.txt ( INCLUDE ( ..) )

Should I write INCLUDE command in cmakelist.txt to include all ITK HEader files ?
