[Insight-users] Registering Images of Retina

Hello,

I have a series of fundus images of the retina that I
would like to register. Each image has the branching
vascular structure characteristic of the retina, but
there is is alot of noise, and eye motion. Also,
sometimes the patient blinks and the vascular
structure is missing or only partially present.

Is there an ITK class or classes that I could use to
register these images?
