Hi Marcellus,
Your .mhd file must be in the same directory as your DICOM files. Also,
are your DICOM files *really* named Im.1, Im.2, etc?
If you're running Windows, feel free to try MRIConvert to create your 3D
volumes. You can download it from my website:
http://lcni . uoregon . edu/~jolinda/MRIConvert . Let me know if you have any
trouble with it.
