[Insight-users] Building Problem

hi all..,
i'm a new user of ITK 1.20..and i'm already start my application with VTK under MSVC++ ver6.0 and i works good.. i need  to use ITK under VC++ so i open "HELLO word" example and i'm using build for Active project not Build ALL (but so much include files .H needed !!!) how simply i can compile it with vc++ without Cmake.. can any one help me .. thanx..
