There are two sets of parameters. The second set named
"initialParameters" are used for estimation. The first
set named "trueParameters" are for only evaluation
purpose. The evaluation procedure (Line 164 - 188)
compares how far the true means are from the estimated
means.

The weights are calculated inside of the EM estimator
using the given initial component distribution
parameters. You don't have to provide initial weight
values.
