[Insight-users] installation problem

Hi,
I'm installing the 1.0 version, and I used the pdf step to step, but
I've try to compile my project under visual c++. Is it possible? Or do I
have to use cmake?

PS : to combine QT + VTK + ITK isn't a piece of cake ;)
