[Insight-users] New level-set based segmentation filter.

I have added a new level-set based segmentation filter to the CVS
repository: CannySegmentationLevelSetImageFilter.  This filter minimizes
distance from pseudo (no non-maxima supression) Canny edges to the
implicit level-set surface.  It can be used to refine existing
segmentations or to grow regions from seed surfaces (though it may be less
suitable for the latter).

There is a 2D example in Insight/Applications/LevelSetSegmentation.
