[Insight-users] Where is itkConnectedThresholdImageFilter?

Hi all,

I'm a 3 days beginner.

It seems that I haven't itkConnectedThresholdImageFilter.h
and related code in my itk, is that normal? Are there specific options
in the compilation?

Any suggestion?
