[Insight-users] Bug in itkImage

In itk::Image::TransformPhysicalPointToContinuousIndex(), the following=20
static_cast is wrong:

index[i] =3D static_cast<long>(inputPoint[i]);

I think this should be

index[i] =3D static_cast<TCoordRep>(inputPoint[i]);
