Hi Paul
  I'm using Linux too. But I'm using itk from the cvs...because I enter in a lot of problems from the tar.gz
archive.
I can send you my CMakeCache.txt file but won't be usefull since I only choose:
BUILD_WATERSHED_SEGMENTATION:BOOL=ON
that's all.
