[ITK-dev] ITK4.10rc1 SimpleITK VNL error

There are a many enhancements in VXL master that have not been
sufficiently tested to merge for ITK 4.10 at this point in the release
cycle.

This patch

  https://github.com/vxl/vxl/commit/ebd2d26bea536a669ce10a88ec21ff28bd659533

is a high risk.


If there are individual patches that are bug fixes or provide improved
compiler support, please let me know, and I will port them to the ITK
subtree for the 4.10 release.
