Hi Brad,

Thanks for testing the RC!

It looks like that system is running CMake 2.8.11.2.  This issue was
addressed in upstream VXL here:

  https://github.com/vxl/vxl/commit/d7d6314fb9846b923a5e90e8f7f65b3ab28bfc8e

for CMake 2.8.11, but it is evidently still present for CMake 2.8.11.2.

Here is a patch:

I am looking at addressing some of the VNL warnings on the ITK
dashboard -- we will do a VXL Git subtree update soon.
