The Jenkins server is now back online (on our internal network).

I will check the status of the build bots.

We should then expect the queue of topic to be processed.

The issue has been identified. The machine used internally as "Jenkins"
server  (the one mentioned in my earlier email) does not finalize its
bootup sequence.

We are working on setting up a replacement server using the backed up
configuration.
