[ITK-dev] itkTimeVaryingBSplineVelocityFieldPointSetRegistrationTest timeout

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the info.

I talked with Hyun Jae, and he did some testing and found that on some
systems it is taking over 4 hours (!) to run while on most it takes around
30 seconds.  We will look for a bottleneck.
