[ITK-dev] Redesigning the way examples are added

Matt,

It looks like you started some awesome work to get more examples into the doxygen. This is really a great idea and I think it will benefit many people using ITK. I have an alternative approach to suggest that may be more maintainable and flexible in the long run.

Perhaps the itk_module macro could be extended with an additional named argument. Something like "EXAMPLE_REGEX_LIST". This would enable module them selfs to control the examples listed, and may paves way to include examples in addition to test is external/internal modules. I don't think this should be too hard to do. What do you think?
