[ITK-dev] Adding FDFImageIO

Right now I have a review patch up that adds FDFImageIO: http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/15457/

Here’s the question:  I’ve done it as a remote module (which is what Hans asked me to do).  Since doing that,  I contacted the original author, and he gave me permission to replace his original header comments which mention GPL2. So it could be under the ITK license, and go into ITK/Modules/IO.

It’s very small and requires no new support library.   Should I make it part of ITK or leave it a remote module?
