[ITK-dev] libc++ Levelset failures

Hello,

I am suspicions that the the IndexLexicographicCompare[1] does not specify a "strict weak ordering" as required by they C++ standard, is the reason for the LevelSet failures on OSX with clang 5.0 and libc++[2]

Anyone want to take this issue up?
