[ITK-dev] Code Coverage Progress

I¹ve got a patch I¹m working on for
itk::Testing::StretchIntentistyImageFilter.  I had to fix a compiler error
in itkTestingStretchIntensityImageFilter.hxx, so I guess the reason for
poor coverage is that it isn¹t being used yetŠ

Going down the list, I can probably handle the IO subdirectory as well.

Anyone duplicating my effort?
