[Insight-developers] Upcoming Dashboard Warnings on " ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES"

Dear ITK dashboard maintainers,

Please note that ITK_BUILD_ALL_MODULES has been deprecated in favor of
ITK_BUILD_*DEFAULT*_MODULES.

The change ( http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/12472/ ) has been merged
just now!

If your dashboard script currently has

  ITK_BUILD_*ALL*_MODULES:BOOL=ON

Please change it to

  ITK_BUILD_*DEFAULT*_MODULES:BOOL=ON
