[Insight-developers] ITK Software Guide -- download instructions?

The Software Guide implies that there are binary distributions of ITK
available. This isn't actually the case right now, as far as I can
determine.

Is there any plan for re-instituting the binary downloads, or should I
just remove that stuff from the software guide?
