[Insight-developers] Define _GLIBCXX_DEBUG on dashboard?

Hello,

It has come to my attention that we don't have any systems which define "_GLIBCXX_DEBUG" on the dashboard or in the robot builds. This is a very useful option to add for testing. It can detect things like going pass the end with iterators :)

I am going to add this flag to some of my dashboard builds.
