[Insight-developers] Dashboard: Persistent QuickViewTest failures

Hello,

The ITK v4.4 release is quickly approaching and was looking over the dashboard. The dashboard really hasn't been in great shape for a while and needs help!

This QuickViewTest [1] is failing every where and I don't see when it was passing. I know we have been struggling with some the these VTK visualization tests, but what need to be done with this one?
