[Insight-developers] Dashboard woes

Folks,

I suggest we stop all gerrit merges until the dashboard is fixed. Windows
is failing since last Saturday.

We should either fix the windows compile issues or back out the double
conversion patches.

At a minimum we should not be merging any code because we don't if the new
code is affecting windows.
