Those look like they could be HDF5 bugs too.  Is that buildbot using ITK's built-in HDF5?  It seems to be version 1.8.7 while the current is 1.8.12.  I took a look at the update instructions, but my git-foo is weak, and I think I'd need a weekend it figure that out... :(

The HDF Group has a dashboard too:

But there's no valgrind there.  I do run the clang sanitizers on it, and there are several errors detected with them.
