[Insight-developers] annoying GCC 4.8 warning in itkIndex.h

It isn't clear what version GCC is used on riemann.sumost.ca but it has
the same warning that gets repeated hundreds of time on my GCC 4.8.2 build:

Somehow the compiler has decided that itk::ImageAlgorithm::DispatchedCopy
is overrunning the array bounds in the itk::Index.

I've pored over the itkIndex.hxx where this happens, and it isn't clear to
me what the problem is.  Any C++ wizards want to take a look?
