[Insight-developers] MetaDataObjects don't print useful information for intrinsic type

Yeah that's really annoying isn't it?

If you look in Modules/Core/Common/include/itkMetaDataObject.h, there are
some macros that can be used to define custom Print methods for different
data types.  I believe that at some point in the past, these were used to
instantiate Print methods.  I don't know how well this all works; it has
been 10 years since I messed with it.
