[Insight-developers] DICOM Origin with V3Compatiblity ON

Hi Hans,

I noted that the V3Compatibility had a test failure when a Fix was
applied to improve the DICOM Direction handling during write on June
26:

Do you know why this is changing the Origin?  Here is the test:
