What is the ITK version ?
You may want to try the following:

find_package(ITK REQUIRED)
include(${ITK_USE_FILE})
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES(IntegracaoITK ${ITK_LIBRARIES} ${QT_LIBRARIES})
