[Insight-developers] Need help with ITK_FUTURE_LEGACY_REMOVE

This will almost certainly need a replacements as described in:

ITK/Documentation/Migration/GetModifiableGetConstMemberFunctions.xml

Which is to say that Modifiable access to itk ivar objects needs to be
more explicitly defined.
