[Insight-developers] 4.3.0 Release Schedule

Hi,

The following dates are proposed for the upcoming 4.3.0 release:

  Nov. 26th - RC 1
  Dec. 3rd  - RC 2
  Dec. 10th - RC 3
  Dec. 17th - Final Release

By the end of the release cycle, we should make sure
the dashboard is "clean", WrapITK is building, and the PatchBased denoising
tests are running faster.

Any other thoughts on the next release are welcome.

Please work to get any new features merged now so issues can be resolved before
we start the RC cycle.
