That's very strange, especially how it appeared on so many different
machines at the same time.  None of them defines _WIN32 so I do not
see how the preprocessed result could have been affected by the change.
I verified on dashmacmini5 that KWSys SystemTools.cxx preprocesses
identically before and after the change except for "# line number"
marks.  Also running the test there by hand passes in the exact same
build tree that failed during the nightly build, and I didn't rebuild
anything.

Let's see if the problem persists.
