[Insight-developers] failing test: OpenCVVideoIOTest

I have a nightly build machine with OpenCV and VXL  video modules ON.
http://public.kitware.com/dashboard.php?name=itk
(will enable the dashboard again soon) I recently upgrade my ubuntu and
OpenCV libraries, which exposed the above four new errors, which seems to
caused by version incompatibilities.
I am thinking of enabling the super build of OpenCV and VXL to easy the
process of building video modules with some version control.


The OpenCVVideoIOTest has a known issue reported by me earlier:

For some reason,  I didn't seem to get any email notification when a bug is
assigned to me?
Will take a look at ticket ITK-2930.
