hi everyone

we put together a wbir paper ( http://wbir2012.org/ ) on the v4
registration framework.

i listed the insight consortium as co-author as a way to acknowledge
the numerous contributors to this work.

let me know if there is anything else i should do to acknowledge other
contibutors.

this document is far from final but presents a basis on which to build
not only academic documentation of the work

but also evaluation / comparison, etc .
