[Insight-developers] Critical Visual Studio 10 Issue

We merged the patch that emits a CMake configuration warning when
VisualStudio 10 or 11 is used with BUILD_TESTING and BUILD_EXAMPLES
ON. Pending dashboard builds and discussion at tomorrow's TCon, I
suggest we tag and release.
