[Insight-developers] Please add Win32-VS8-Release-Shared to expected build

Hello,

I just set up lhcp-win7vm Win32-VS8-Release-Shared as a nightly build. We didn't seem to have any regular VS8 builds so this configuration fill a missing void.

Could this be added to the expected nightly builds?
