[Insight-developers] ITK v4.1rc01 tag to be made

Hello,

Last night dashboard went quite well, so it is good for tagging the release candidate "v4.1rc01". The nightly-master had the SHA1 ID: 689f1aa3e878a97a5cd4340ffe44bae2304dfd2e.

Luis or Brad can you please make this tag?

At this point we can open the repository back up, and start the process of the next micro release cycle for the next release candidate this week. As a reminder no new features should be added unless a special exception is agreed upon on the developers list. The focus of the commits should be to fix bugs, improve documentations, and testing. Other required minor tweaks certainly should go in early in the cycle. At then end of the week only commits which directly fix issues on the dashboard should be merged.
