Rather than do a drunkard's walk through C++ language features looking for
a solution, I'll ask here in hopes someone has figured out how to get the
Microsoft C++ compiler to behave.
In this patch http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/3254/
I'm getting compiler errors just on Windows. It's convinced that the
virtual method InternalClone definition doesn't match the declaration,
even though it should. Does anyone know how to get past this error?
modules\core\transform\include\itkCompositeTransform.hxx(1217) : error
C2244: 'itk::CompositeTransform<TScalar,NDimensions>::InternalClone' :
unable to match function definition to an existing declaration
modules\core\transform\include\itkCompositeTransform.h(453) : see
declaration of
'itk::CompositeTransform<TScalar,NDimensions>::InternalClone'
definition
'CompositeTransform<TScalar,NDimensions>::Superclass::Pointer
itk::CompositeTransform<TScalar,NDimensions>::InternalClone(void) const
2> existing declarations
2>
'itk::SmartPointer<itk::Transform<TScalarType,NInputDimensions,NOutputDimen
sions>> itk::CompositeTransform<TScalar,NDimensions>::InternalClone(void)
const'
