Hi all,

A summary from the TCon this morning for those that missed it:

- 4.1rc03 will be tagged Monday provided that the dashboards are clean
after a merge to clean up the dashboard..
- 4.1rc04 is scheduled for next Friday.  A merge from Gerrit to the
repository will need to be made by a gatekeeper (currently Bill
Lorensen, Luis Ibanez, Matt McCormick -- we can add more as required).
