[Insight-developers] ITK LibTiff symbol mangling

Hi developers,

I submitted a patch recently to fix libtiff mangling here: http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/8864/

I would like to solicit suggestions for testing for this type of accident in the future. Currently I'm considering writing a test which includes a subset of libtiff and then exercising that subset while linking to ITK.
