[Insight-developers] ITK Visual Studio 2010 Windows 7 X64 build error

I would wipe it. I'm surprised it takes so long. Try turning off tests
also until you get things building.
I have not built VS10 in a while, but it didn't take 6-8 hours for
cake to run. Something is strange. Is the binary tree of source tree
on a remote drive or are they on a local drive.
