[Insight-developers] Gerrit robot build changes

Hi,

Notes on recent changes to the Gerrit robot builds:

1)  This comment no longer contains links to the platform specific builds.

These were giving erroneous reports under high loads on the 'Finished'
status, so they are removed until that problem is fixed.

2)  The 'CDash filtered page' link is now patch set specific.

Marcus deserves credit for applying this often-requested feature.
