[Insight-developers] Data Dissemination Tasks

I've added Jira tasks for data upload to the soon-to-be-installed
Midas instance at NLM. These issues are, of course, blocked until the
installation is up and running. This only encompasses the A2D2
datasets. Would parties responsible for this data login and claim
these issues? :)
