[Insight-developers] Kitware robot machines (and need cmake upgrade

Folks,

All dashboard machines should be upgraded to at least cmake 2.8.5.
Brad King has gerrit patches that will resolve external data issues.
Also, cmake 2.8.5 will soon be the minimum required cmake version. The
robot machines are particularly critical because some external data
failures are preventing patches from being merged.
